Guided Meditation monthly class packs are just $80.00.  If you prefer, you can book multiple monthly class packs in advance. Each class pack includes every Monday for that entire month. When you click the button (below) to book it, you do NOT have to select every Monday on the calendar. Simply click the first Monday of ANY month – add to cart – and you are good to go!  (The remaining Mondays on each calendar month are for Drop-In classes)

  • Inclement weather cancellations are automatically rescheduled for Tuesday at 5:30 pm

Immersive Guided Meditation Monthly Class Packs  – $80.00 

Immersive Guided Meditation Classes by fully Certified Meditation instructors are offered multiple times a week here at Revive & Thrive Wellness Center. We are located at 1 Booth House Lane, Unit 1B, in New Milford. Our most popular option is to purchase sessions in a convenient monthly (4) Class Pack for just $80.00.  We also offer daily Drop-In classes for those that wish to experience their first Immersive Guided meditation class.

Guided meditation sessions last for 1 – hour. Our Monday session begins 5:30 pm.  (we may adjust start times seasonally when it stays lighter during the evening)  We ask all participants to arrive a few minutes early. Shoe bins are located in our foyer for placing your outer footwear. Feel free to bring a pair of gripper slippers or sock shoes for the meditation space!  You are welcome to meditate while seated, or lying down. We always have yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and several meditation chairs available to use. You are also welcome to bring anything extra that will help you be comfortable during the meditation (your own favorite yoga mat, a blanket, pillows etc.)    

Requirements For Class: Wear your favorite comfy clothes. We have a water cooler, if you have a bottle feel free to bring that as well. No outer footwear is permitted in the meditation room. If you have a favorite meditation chair, yoga mat, blanket, or pillow – feel free to bring it. 

Monthly Class Packs Policy
Please note that Monthly Class Packs for meditation sessions are valid only during the calendar month for which they are purchased. Unused sessions cannot be refunded and do not carry over to the following month. We encourage you to use all sessions within the month to maximize the benefits of your practice. Thank you for understanding and planning your schedule accordingly.

Inclement weather: We follow all guidelines and travel restrictions/advisories in case of severe weather or a winter storm. Cancelled classes are rescheduled on Tuesday at 5:30 pm.
